This position is responsible for defining and evangelizing the technical strategy, vision, development and implementation of AI technology platforms for GuideWell. As a strategic operational and innovation partner, this role is challenged with defining artificial intelligence solutions to address complex business challenges, then work with organization execution teams to implement and support those solutions. The role will work to demonstrate and articulate best-in-class capabilities and practices to streamline, standardize and optimize the technology platform to achieve stability, security and scalability while ensuring a positive user experience. Will lead a team responsible for facilitating adoption of AI and LLM models to solve business and technical problems. This role will support future innovation and business transformation needs with focus on revenue growth, consumer experience and data-based insights. Provides quality throughput of business and systems requirements, testing and release and problem management across multiple platforms. Champions the continuous improvement of the technology-enabled service experience for all consumers and internal workforce, enhancing a solid consumer-centric marketplace reputation.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
•Coordinate with execution teams to add AI capabilities to existing applications, improve operational efficiency and drive innovation within our organization of a multiyear AI technology roadmap
•Architect services that leverage AI and LLM models and frameworks to solve business problems and improve performance across various domains, and support adoption of those models and frameworks across the enterprise
•Work collaboratively to address cross-domain technology issues associated with AI
•Stay abreast of new disruptive and innovative technologies and manage and direct processes and R&D to meet the needs of our AI strategy. Demonstrate a commitment to innovative process and technology improvements in AI
•Participate in strategy and direction setting process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and apply AI technology solutions
•Provides leadership oversight to help the company and clients understand how to integrate AI capabilities to provide solutions that benefit our customers
•Work with cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner's business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
•Leads the function with a "risk-aware" mindset ensuring to anticipate unintended consequences of recommendations and decision making

Job Requirements:
•Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
•6+ years related work experience. Experience Details: progressively responsible experience managing large IT operational teams, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated
•5+ years direct supervisory/management experience
•Proven experience as an IT engineer, data scientist, or similar role, with a focus on developing and implementing AI solutions
•Demonstrate ability to be an innovative leader with respected business knowledge leveraging experience to apply technology solutions to business problems through large scale implementations of new systems and technologies
•Previous experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
•Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and IT techniques and experience applying them to meet real-world problems
•Strong leadership and management abilities
•Ability to lead cross functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature
•Demonstrated critical thinking and planning at a strategic, global level with ability to translate strategic plans into specific objectives, and to create and execute project plans to achieve objectives
•A deep understanding of the interdependent relationship between infrastructure, information security and the applications/services they enable as well as the criticality of maintaining strong connections between the respective teams within IT
•Ability to see the \"big picture\" across such areas as private and public hosted infrastructure and services, identity management, security, telecommunications, enterprise storage and big data opportunities, end user experience, and training/education
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actional insights
•Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to technology issues is important

Preferred:
•Master's degree in Computer or Data Science, Information Technology
•Certifications in networking and security or enterprise architecture (Cisco, Microsoft, GIAC,CISSP)
•Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); leading and presenting complex materials for various audiences including the wide range of stakeholders, physicians, clinicians, and business operations
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize, delegate and adjust assignments, projects and demands
•Demonstrated effective change management skills
•Strong orientation towards driving the success of the client experience and demonstrated strength of managing client expectations
•Highly motivated self-starter, team player, able to work proactively and under pressure
•Advanced professional certifications in CHIME, ACHE, ACGME and other professional associations

Annualized Salary Range: $156,000 - $253,500

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $156,000 - $195,000

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
