About the Role / What You Will Do

You will lead and manage the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics Capabilities team to provide the Executive Office, product groups, marketing organizations, service centers, dealers, and end customers with relevant and actionable intelligence to enable them to compete on analytics by providing predictive, easily accessible, actionable solutions to problems for the short-term & long-term benefit of the enterprise.

• Develop longer-term, 2-4 years out, analytics research for AI, electrification and overall analytics advancements.

• Lead generative AI and machine learning proof of concept use cases to prove out technology, feasibility, and business value.

• Directly manage a team of AI experts and analytics professionals

• Leverage research and innovation to solve business challenges by leveraging advanced analytics.

• Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge of the concepts, technologies and methodologies of artificial intelligence (AI); ability to develop, implement and/or apply artificial intelligence products and services in specific industry domain to achieve business goals.

• Data Science: Knowledge of the processes, approaches, and tools of data science; ability to perform data related tasks and initiatives in various business circumstances.

• Internet of Things (IoT): Knowledge of processes and technologies of Internet of Things (IoT); ability to develop, implement and deliver related products, solutions and services to meet business needs.

• Logical Data Modeling: Knowledge of concepts associated with basic data modelling; ability to identify, create and document activities, tasks, processes and data requirements for a particular system under design.

Degree Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in data science or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
