Job Summary 

This individual is passionate about emerging technologies that increase efficiency, are useful, and are important to the future.  He/she works with a constant sense of urgency, at a fast pace, and consistently outperforms sales goals. In Sales, you will be responsible for bringing in new business and developing strong customer relationships. With the support of our Machine Learning Designers, you will determine customers needs, deploy, and manage their technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify & Grow Accounts – Gain an understanding of your accounts wants and needs within their business environment to show how technology can improve their business. Provide them with cost effective solutions across the artificial intelligence, automation, and machine learning space
  • Develop Relationships - Build long-term partnerships with Customers, Vendors, & Internal Resources to become the #1 solution provider for all your customers.
  • Co-Sell - Utilize our partners and resources to maximize growth
  • Ongoing Education – Keep yourself and customers updated on emerging and existing technologies. Act as a trusted advisor to your customers and look for areas where Liaison can fit in to ensure they are implementing the right technologies for their business.
  • Dedication to Mission Success - When necessary undertake new responsibilities, challenges, and increased workload to achieve Liaison’s mission

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 1+ Years customer-facing sales experience
  • Experience cold calling in a sales role
  • Experience in driving new business and managing existing customers
  • Understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives
  • Ability to approach customer requests, listen, and understand their needs and effectively deliver
