Leveraging human-centered design, seamless omni-channel experiences and data-driven insights powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), GBAM Digital is helping to shape the future of global banking.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to play a critical role in defining and delivering meaningful two-way digital interactions that eases the burden of document exchange, via Intelligent Document Processing.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of banking document exchange and a background in developing customer facing experiences. They will be strong both commercially and technically, and comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders from users (the clients and the bankers) to engineers.  You will work with the Product Director to plan and execute on a clear product and process vision while interacting with stakeholders to understand and turn unstructured and semi-structured data into a structured format to improve the process for all.

Ideally the candidate would also have an understanding and vision to use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to capture, classify, and extract the most difficult-to-automate data.

As the Product Consultant you will

  • Be an advocate and supporter for internal stakeholder to deliver a holistic solution that solves their business problems and accelerates the business forward
  • Define a user experience and develop user personas based on qualitative and quantitative data, user interviews, and user workshops
  • Gather, translate, and prioritize business requirements into product capabilities
  • Manage and maintain a balanced product roadmap across multiple business and functional team
  • Generate product insights based on identified feature requests, pain points, and overall software strategy
  • Clearly articulate product decisions to users, the product team, internal stakeholders, and engineers
  • Manage project planning, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
  • Work with XD teams to design an exceptional client experience.
  • Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or ROI for solution
  • Be a brand ambassador and work tirelessly to provide a world class user experience that prioritizes usability and functionality
  • Gather, translate, and prioritize business requirements into product capabilities
  • Serve as a feature and functional expert for IDP product capabilities
  • Develop and deliver user enablement assets, such as user acceptance testing scenarios, demos, release communications, product enhancements, benefits, and ROI analysis, etc.
  • Own your work and be proud of the impact it is having
  • Proactively provide assistance and guidance to technology partners in support of platform upgrades and tool integrations
  • Position yourself as a thought leader and well-respected expert in sales and product enablement space

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Have prior experience with supporting and managing key digital banking apps, e-commerce portals, or customer experiences.
  • Have successfully used, implemented, managed, and/or built customer-facing solutions
  • Have exceptional presentation and communication skills and thrive at delivering clear and concise messages that resonate with all audiences
  • Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast paced and continually changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Work well under pressure and know how to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Want to be known for building outstanding products that are user friendly
  • Are passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional results
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centered design, and lean project processes
  • Must have experience managing business requirements through all phases of the development lifecycle

  • Have 5-7 years of combined experience in product management, client services, or product development
