As a Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and growth of our AI capabilities.

We are seeking an intellectually curious, resourceful, passionate, and hands-on Head of AI to spearhead the development of our AI-powered platform for visualizing plastic surgery outcomes. As an integral member of our startup, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our AI strategy and drive innovation in this exciting field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI algorithms and models for visualizing plastic surgery outcomes based on a few photos
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI computer vision, and related technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation
• Co-Lead the AI Roadmap of the company with the Product team
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and UX/UI designers to understand user requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target user base, ensuring that the AI technology aligns with their needs and preferences.
• Take ownership of the AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, monitoring key performance indicators, and iteratively enhancing the AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the AI technology into our platform and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ethical considerations related to AI in healthcare and plastic surgery.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background with a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of proven experience and a deep understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLPs, CV, and ML
• Extensive experience with Hugging Face, Stable Diffusion, and related AI frameworks and libraries.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models using deep learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of computer vision techniques, including image processing, segmentation, and feature extraction.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply AI techniques to complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is preferred
