Your Role

We are looking for a General Manager-Artificial Intelligence (Joy of Medicine), a key role within the GTM team at Innovaccer. You will be responsible for the Innovaccer's revenue growth for the AI Category.

A Day in the Life

• Manage/ Grow the Top Line/ revenue of our P&L for our healthcare AI category, ensuring financial success and growth.
• Understand the fee-for-service buyer persona, identify their needs, and develop strategies to address them.
• Act as the face of the company in the AI and healthcare world, building relationships with key stakeholders, industry experts, and potential partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our platform remains competitive and compliant
• Collaborate with Product management team to define product strategy and vision for AI, including AI product development and AI Roadmap

What You Need

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare technology industry, with a focus on fee-for-service models.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and drive financial success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company as a thought leader in the AI and healthcare space.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent
