Warner Bros Discovery seeks a mid-level engineer for the Emerging & Creative Technologies group. The position will assist with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning research and development in computer vision and natural language processing to better the Studio's storytelling and content creation / distribution capabilities.

Research, design and implement computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms in workflow efficiency, content creation, and immersive experiences.

Evaluate existing AI/ML implementation to streamline/enhance processes.

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Work Experience

* 4+ years of work experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
* 4 years of experience in designing and building software applications.

Knowledge/Skills

* Expertise in programming including but not limited to Python, C/C++/C#. CUDA or other GPGPU is a plus. Expertise in Natural Language Processing - NLU, TTS, and language models such as GPT-3, Bloom.
* Expertise in Computer Vision - object detection, facial expression recognition, body tracking.
* Expertise in machine learning tools such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Colab, Keras, Pandas. Experience in machine learning models such as CNNs, GANs, Transformers, LSTMs.
* Experience in algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques for Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
* Experience in Unity and/or Unreal game engines.
* Experience working on multiple platforms such as Android, iOS, AR/VR headsets.
* Experience with Git, or other version control software.
* Experience working in SCRUM / Agile development environments. Highly knowledgeable in AI industry technology trends Knowledge of handling and cleaning big datasets.
* Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and optimization. Familiarity with AR (ARKit, ARCore, etc.) and VR development.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience required.
