CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a permanent need for a talented Business Intelligence Developer. Our client non-profit organization here in Madison, WI that is very mission focused and actively participates heavily in the community.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Compensation: $85,000-$90,000
• PTO: 20.5 Days Per Year + 6 Holidays
• Retirement: 403(b) with a match
• Medical: Individual, Individual + Spouse, and Family plans available

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and develop reports for the organization
• Maintain and support data analytics platform
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identify sources of data and how they can be utilized to drive the mission of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS Management or similar
• Experience using cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake or similar
• Advanced experience with SQL
• Experience with reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Domo, or Tableau
• Previous work in healthcare systems is a plus
• Experience with Python
