Position: Artificial intelligence Lead
Location: NJ/PA/MN/ or Can be Remote

Good knowledge on building IVR flows/ Speech recognition applications using Conversational AI platform and should have implemented NLU based IVR solutions. Should have cloud experience or any cloud solutions.

Programming experience Java, Java Scripting, Node JS, Python also pretty much required for this role.
• Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), Client (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
• Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
• Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with web services integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
