Department Summary:

MITRE's Enterprise Design, Discovery & AI Department is seeking a team member who is passionate about artificial intelligence (AI) to help us revolutionize knowledge reuse within MITRE. This person will work closely with the business to understand search/information needs. Work in a fast-paced environment with others skilled in AI to bring leading-edge capabilities to MITRE knowledge workers.

Support MITRE's artificial intelligence and machine learning work as part of our Intelligent Enterprise strategy. Bring your strong interpersonal skills and a learning mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Be part of a team to implement performant AI systems based on open source and commercial solutions

+ Problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI systems including challenges with data, access, security/permissions

+ Apply data analysis and data science skills to various activities. (Analyze data, formulate insights, and translate them to actionable next steps.)

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, including specialization in an Al-related field of study or equivalent work experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data engineering, data science, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) OR Master's Degree in AI related field of study
