Job Brief:

• Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy
• Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
• Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms: Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. This includes understanding requirements, data collection and preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.

• Conduct research and stay updated with AI advancements: Keep up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and advancements in the field of artificial intelligence. Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve AI models and algorithms.

• Maintain documentation and code management: Document all processes, methodologies, and results related to AI model development and deployment. Maintain version control of the codebase, ensure code quality, and follow best practices for reproducibility and scalability.

• Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues or challenges related to AI model performance, data quality, or system integration. Propose and implement solutions to address these issues in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

• Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
• Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP
• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations

Other Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with innovation accelerators
• Experience with cloud environments
