East Coast Artificial Intelligence Business Development Lead
Lead artificial intelligence and machine learning business development efforts for military clients on the east coast. Expand efforts on existing contracts and cultivating white space areas. Focus on expanding our business through exploiting data sources and using scientific processes and technologies to uncover and communicate key insights. Focus on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions for clients. Operate with substantial latitude for action and decision making by working with leaders throughout the firm. Maintain responsibility for leading client calls, capture efforts, and large proposal efforts.
-8 years of experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning principles
-Experience with designing and delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to federal clients
-Experience with business development, including large capture efforts, proposals, and developing marketing strategies
-Experience with building client relationships and cultivating new business
-Experience with leading or managing large technical teams
-Knowledge of military Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives and organizations
-BA or BS degree
-3 years of experience with designing novel machine learning methods and workflows, including full data pipelines from raw data through predictions
-3 years of experience with designing and leading the development of new machine learning capabilities
-Experience with software development best practices, including version control technologies, test-driven development, and Agile
-Experience with Big Data technologies, including HDFS, Accumulo, Hive, Kafka, and Spark
-Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) in parallel processing and distributed compute environments
-Experience with working in cloud computing environments, including AWS or Azure
-Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
-MA or MS degree preferred; PhD degree a plus
