The Role:

  • Effectively monitor & track the overall status of the engagement
  • Communicate effectively with Watts Water SMEs & different project stakeholders on various delivery aspects of the project.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the end users to address any complaints / queries regarding the service levels and quality of delivery
  • Should own and maintain project processes and artefacts
  • Support and resolve complex technical issues; address ad-hoc requests from project stakeholders
  • Responsible for rollout of operational changes and functional enhancements
  • Conduct and drive  weekly and quarterly status meetings and publish reports
  • Co-ordinate with offshore support team and provide guidance and clarifications for fixes/enhancements
  • Adhere to Project processes & maintain project artefacts & versions
  • Prioritize tasks & Change Requests and assign to team members
  • Report issues & risks and work on to mitigate and close

Qualifications:

  • Sr. level ETL/Reporting development expertise; must have experience using Informatica Cloud Data Integration ETL tools and must have Knowledge on visualization tools like Power BI, TM1 & tableau
  • Production support experience
  • Strong PL/SQL development experience
  • Solid understanding of relational database dimensional modeling concepts and data warehousing experience
  • 8+ years of Analytics/Business Intelligence solution delivery experience
  • Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts
  • Must have advanced skills with the ETL Tools, BI & Analytics Tools and Cloud software utilized to perform their daily duties.
  • Experience with SSIS and Informatica Cloud Data Integration
  • SQL Server Reporting Service experience preferred
  • Azure SQL Data Warehouse or other MPP data warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure-based solutions preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with development lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, source control, etc.)
  • Must possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities
